At Gems Prep School, we provide a developmentally appropriate Early Childhood Education program specifically designed for babies and children up to 5 years of age. Your child can expect to be involved in a variety of educational activities where the emphasis is on learning through play.  Each child's interests, cultural and family background, needs and development help form the basis of our curriculum.   

The teaching and learning program will consist of many learning centres that will evolve from the interests of the children. All children will be given the opportunity to make their own decisions as to which learning centre to explore. Activities will be hands on, with children able to manipulate, explore and learn through concrete materials. There will be a strong emphasis on both indoor and outdoor learning environments.
