Child Care lists MacKinnon Parade Children's Centre Incorporated in North Adelaide, who continued to provide excellent Day Care care, education and support for the children and their families of North Adelaide Australia.

MacKinnon Parade Children’s Centre Inc. was established in 1976 by the University of Adelaide as a facility for the children of University staff and students.  The Centre occupied the current building which was owned by the University, and operations were subsidised by the then Department of Human Services and Health.
