Farm Street Early Learning Centre was established in 2005 to provide high quality childcare for the local community. The purpose built Centre is privately owned and proudly operated by Raynel Hurley, a long time Rockhampton resident, and is not affiliated with any management group or other party. The Centre is licensed by the State Departmnent of Office for Early Childhood Education and Care.
